Delivery charges
Delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order. Certain items may be marked as having free delivery. These will not contribute to the weight of the order. In addition, our Cleaning and Maintenance products must be delivered separately, so do not contribute to the total weight.
Orders up to 1.6kg will be sent by Royal Mail and a postage and packing charge of £4.00 will apply.
Orders between 1.6kg and 40kg will be despatched by courier and charged as follows:
1.6kg – 10kg £8.50
10.1kg – 15 kg £12.00
15.1kg – 25kg £15.00
25.1kg – 40kg £20.00
Orders weighing more than 40kg will be sent by carrier and delivery price is on application.
Cleaning and Maintenance Products
Our cleaning and maintenance products (FLDRES, FLMAIN and FLDRRE) can only be sold in multiples of 2 due to packaging requirements for liquids. Delivery charges are based on number of bottles. Please note that the Starter Pack (START01) counts as 4 bottles.

Orders containing more than 6 bottles will be sent by carrier and delivery price is on application.
For orders that mix items charged by weight and by number of bottles, the two delivery charges will be added together.
Delivery prices apply to the UK mainland only. For offshore islands and deliveries to Ireland, please contact us.
Delivery Times
Product availability is shown on the product information page. Items will be despatched as soon as possible, but normally within 1-2 days of receipt of your order.
Returns
Our products are designed with great care and attention and we hope you will feel the same way about them. However, if for any reason you don’t, please return them to us unused and in the original packaging within 3 months of payment and we will be happy to exchange or refund the item at the original purchase price, excluding delivery costs.
Please note that we are not responsible for return delivery charges, other than for incorrect or faulty items. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us: therefore it is always advisable to obtain a proof of posting or despatch.
