Delivery charges
Delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order. Certain items may be marked as having free delivery. These will not contribute to the weight of the order.
- Orders up to 1.5kg will be sent by Royal Mail and a postage and packing charge will also apply.
- Orders over 1.5kg and up to 40kg will be despatched by courier.
- Orders weighing more than 40kg will be sent by carrier and a delivery price is available on application.

Delivery times
Product availability is shown on the product information page and items will be despatched as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 days of receipt of your order. Some items, such as freestanding ballet barres may take longer to despatch due to production, but usually within 4-5 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us for further information.
Returns
Our products are designed with great care and attention and we hope you will feel the same way about them. However, if for any reason you don’t, please return them to us unused and in the original packaging within one month of receipt and we will be happy to exchange or refund the item at the original purchase price, excluding delivery costs.
Please note that we are not responsible for return delivery charges, other than for incorrect or faulty items. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us; therefore it is always advisable to obtain a proof of posting or despatch.
